What is the minimum order quantity?
What is the minimum order?● Using basic patterns or client-supplied patterns: minimum order starts from just a few units.● Custom style and individual patterns: minimum order also starts from a few units, even if basic products are enhanced with additional contour lines or color blocking.
Price difference:● Ready-made patterns (ours or yours): only the standard cost of the product is paid.● Development of individual patterns: additional costs include pattern development, the initial test sample, and the standard product cost based on the number of units.
Cost calculation formula:● Cost of a basic product: standard cost * number of units.● Cost of a custom product: pattern development + test sample sewing cost + (standard cost * number of units).
Test sample cost:● Test sample: standard cost * 2 (as it includes the development of sewing technology and the involvement of a pattern designer-technologist).
Custom pattern development is more expensive due to the higher time and labor investment, as well as the involvement of specialists for testing new sewing techniques. ✂
How can I check the quality?
Before starting the production of the sample, we offer several ways to finalize the details:
● Online fabric palette preview: we showcase palettes online.
● Meeting in our Studio or a convenient location: we can meet in person to discuss all the details.
● Sending fabric samples: we send fabric samples for your approval.

After all the details are finalized, we will produce a test sample that incorporates all your preferences and agreements. Once you receive it, you can try on the sample to ensure that everything meets your expectations and our agreements. ✔️
How do I choose materials?
We never work with low-quality fabrics, as our priority is long-term cooperation and satisfied clients. We collaborate with one of the best suppliers of Turkish, and if necessary, Italian knitwear in Ukraine.

Our fabrics: ● Retain their shape and color for a long time.
● Don’t pill or stretch.
● Are natural or have a small percentage of elastane to maintain their shape. 🧵🌿

● If the client chooses color blocking (combination of several colors), we make sure to test the fabric and the specific roll for "fixed dyeing at the production" to avoid color bleeding during washing. 🧼
What is the payment process?
Order confirmation -> 70% prepayment -> Sample production -> 30% payment -> Full order production
Payment is made via bank transfer to the account of a private entrepreneur (PE).

The percentage of prepayment and payment may vary depending on the specific case and partnership agreements.
How is delivery handled?
We deliver across Ukraine via Nova Poshta, with the receiver covering shipping costs, or by any other preferred method. International delivery is arranged by the customer. Delivery within Kyiv and the surrounding areas is arranged upon mutual agreement.
